“Creswell SofaSoGood” is the new standard for custom designed luxury furniture, offering our customers a wide range of chairs, sofas, sectionals, headboards, bases, mattresses and other beautiful items of furniture manufactured by Grant Creswell.

“Creswell SofaSoGood” is managed by Sumaya and Grant Creswell.

Grant has a passion for beautifully designed, modern, custom-made furniture and Sumaya loves interior design - this passion is evident in the quality of the furniture produced by “Creswell SofaSoGood”.

Made-to-Order

While “Creswell SofaSoGood” stock many items, we simply can’t stock all the various designs available to you. We do however, have a ‘made-to-order’ option on some items which allows you the choice of finishing, i.e. fabric, size and style for your setting or suite which can be ordered to best fit your needs. Your order is then tracked from start to finish ensuring its prompt and accurate completion. However, due to the specific and exclusive nature of these custom designed orders, a 20% cancellation fee is applicable should it become necessary to cancel your order.

Re-Upholstery
Re-upholstery is the very challenging art of restoring that much-loved piece of furniture back to its former glory. At “Creswell SofaSoGood” we take pride in our craftmanship and ability to offer the client the best advice before commencing any work. People often ask us why the cost of re-upholstery is so close to purchasing a brand new product. We can provide a number of answers to this question.

Most importantly, the stripping of the old piece, the preparation of (and in most cases first repairing the basic structure) the old frame and then, if needed, re-covering the old frame with new foam, takes much more time and effort and therefore it costs basically the same as building a new frame from scratch!

Secondly, it remains a challenge considering there is no template to work from and therefore it takes much longer to do the measuring and cutting of the panels of an old couch than would be the case for a new couch.

Lastly, when “Creswell SofaSoGood” re-upholsters a product, it carries the same guarantee as a new product directly from our factory! Re-upholstery is a difficult animal to tame and therefore we always make 100% sure that the client understands what he/she can expect from us, before we start any re-upholstery project.
