Coming Home to You

We are excited to join together to create this platform as an introduction to the work that we love. As friends for more than 27 years, our lives have intertwined and connected in unique ways that have taken us on new and different paths. We find ourselves in a place in our lives where we have both answered the call to purpose. Part of living our purpose is to develop a more compassionate and kind relationship with ourselves and others. To keep coming back to the depth and wholeness within ourselves that instinctively we know to be home.
We share a desire to cultivate lives of meaning and fulfilment, and by working skilfully with the Body, Heart and Mind through Nia and Integral Coaching, we aim to share with and empower others, to do the same.
