Hi everyone.
This is just a quick background story about myself.
I was very overweight and due to being overweight, I suffered from depression and my health was at risk.
I became desperate to regain my health, so I tried all sorts of diets and I kept falling back to my old lifestyle.
A family member encouraged me to change my lifestyle.
I then started leading a healthy active lifestyle through fitness and feeding my body with good nutrition.
To date, I have lost more than 10kg's, I was a large / extra-large in clothes, now I am a small.
I now know how important it is to lead a healthy active lifestyle.
I will never look back to my old lifestyle.
