Clearance Warehouse is a concept store in the well-known “tile mile” in Cape Town. Clearance Warehouse is a depot for high-quality end-of-range, over-stocked, shop-soiled and discontinued tiles, taps, sanware and furniture. What makes us different to other similar warehouses and mass retailers is that we generally deal with upmarket products. High-end taps and sanware, porcelain tiles as well as natural stone tiles, such as marble and granite, never sell at such low prices. The philosophy of Clearance Warehouse is to provide an outlet for suppliers who may be overstocked or who need to clear end-of-range items
by pricing their products so low that consumers will flock to buy. This is done via a regular
warehouse clearance sale located off of Paarden Eiland Road.
