Kleinmond is a quaint and picturesque town, located in the Overberg region, on a lagoon mouthing into the Botrivier. Neighboring towns are filled with an abundance of animal life and attractions like Hermanus known for its whales and Bettysbaai for its fynbos.

CLASSICS is a self-catering private 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in a double level layout, within walking distance of Kleinmond’s Blue Flag beach. Nearby activities include a golf course, tennis courts, shopping centres, banks and shops with a stunning rock formation promenade.

The house boasts accommodation for up to 5 persons in 3 spacious bedrooms. The master suite with queen size bed come fitted with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The spare bedrooms feature a twin single beds and single bed respectively, sharing a bathroom.

Entertainment areas comprise of the upper level open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is kitted with a:

two plate stove including an oven
microwave oven
kettle
toaster
cutlery and crockery

Please note the following:
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house
- Satellite dish available, bring your own decoder and smartcard
- Bedding and linen is supplied, please bring your own towels
- This unit is not serviced during your stay
- Basic cleaning equipment such as cloths, dish wash liquid and surface cleaners are supplied
- The bathrooms are also supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper
- No hand wash / soap supplied
- Maximum 5 guests allowed
- Minimum accommodation durations apply:
1. 2-nights during off peak season
2. 3-nights during long weekends
3. 7-nights during December / January holidays
