Chipinge Town Council is a decentralized local authority established to create responsive service delivery for local residents. The mandate of Council is to work hand in glove with the community in a bid to steer development and enhance the welfare, livelihoods and empowerment of citizens.The partnership will enhance service provision that ranges from road construction,water provision,electricity provision,infrastructure development and land allocation among others.
