Terms & Conditions Chic Oud Hout

Thank you so much for supporting and adding alittle chic oud hout to your home. Wood beautiful imperfect wood, as most clients understand our items are made from reclaimed and new wood. The wood may have a flaw or two its not perfect.

We are not the big retail co that sell mass produced items, our items are locally sourced and handmade from start to finish. Using quality sealers and varnish/paints products.

Ordering.
1. Kindly place order either via email or online confirmation of order has to be received.
2. Be sure of exactly what you like and want, color size etc ( as much as we love giving Decor advise it is yours at the end of the day)
3. On approval of the quotation, to commence the order proof of payment needs to be sent to : admin@chicoudhout.co.za
4. Items may take from 5 working days to 14 days to make and is dependable on paint drying times and weather permitting . Making items work from date of payment not before.
5. Be sure to provide us with all your details - full name , address, cell number or if using postnet your closest postnet.


Delivery
1. Items can be couriered by fastway or postnet to postnet clients choice or from personal courier service.
2. All items sent from Friday of each week ( so if order is placed on Sunday it will be sent on following week coming Friday)
3. Once the order has been picked up the tracking number will be sent to your cellphone number supplied.
4. Delivery time takes between 1-14 days depending on courier or postnet.
5. Overnight courier to be enquired about and pricing .
6. All orders placed exclude delivery costing.

Durban Delivery
1. Any item ordered and wished to be delivered in the Durban area on ever second Friday of each month ( dates to be posted)
2. Delivery meet at certain points : Knowles Spar , Kloof Pick N Pay, Westville Pav Petrol Station. Gateway Mall, Ballito Lifestyle Mall, Tiffany's. Kindly enquire about delivery pricing.
3.Choice of having fastway or postnet can also be done.

Refunds
1. All refunds have a 14 day period to pay client back.
2. Please note unless arranged for full refund on item price 50% of deposit will be held as penalty to cover cost lost.
3. Delivery cost do not get refunded as petrol was still used deliver.
