CheckMeIn's journey began after realizing that there was a need for a comprehensive and professional Airbnb and holiday host management service in the Helderberg region covering Somerset West, Strand and Gordons Bay.

Short term holiday rentals provide greater potential earnings when compared to long term rentals and it provides the flexibility to enjoy personal use of your property when ever it suits you.

We take all of the hassle out of hosting your holiday rentals. You don't even need to live in the same town and we even provide guest amenities and essentials, as well as our own fresh linen and towels.

We have a small, experienced and multi-national team of professionals and we will be recruiting in future.

The founders are hosts in Strand and have used Airbnb as well as other platforms extensively over the years, most recently travelling around 11 countries in Europe in 2016 where they picked up quite a few hosting ideas.

We know how to cater for both the foreign and local market and we provide an exceptional level of service where a personal touch is required.

We provide a free initial consultation to better understand your requirements, discuss the various solutions available and choose the accommodation portals which you would like us to manage on your behalf to ensure maximum occupancy of your property. We can also provide a forecast of your projected rental earnings.
