Centurion Youth Rugby Club

YOUTH RUGBY AT OUR CLUB
Centurion Youth Rugby Club was established in 1985. The purpose of the Youth Rugby Club is to promote and develop rugby amongst school boys of all races of the age groups 6 -18 years.

Consisting of approximately 300 young players our Youth Club has grown over the years to be the biggest Youth Rugby Club in the BBRU and most probably in South Africa. We have developed a number of players who also have represented the BBRU. Marius Delport, Lenard Olivier (Bulls, Valke and currently Sharks) was a member of Centurion Youth Club from the age of 10 – 17 years.

Our Youth Club is essential in the continued growth of our club and the development of players from the previously disadvantaged area.

Our Club is well represented at the Blue Bull Youth Rugby Association: Our Chairperson Margaret van der Merwe has recently been elected to the Management Board of Blue Bulls Youth Rugby Association as Director Administration
