Cape Fine Food Distributors supply high quality fine smoked foods direct to restaurants, deli's, guesthouses, hotels and other businesses. We package and deliver all products, offering customers a hassle free way of purchasing high quality stock.

We have an extensive, and every growing, product range. This includes smoked salmon, duck, chicken, cheese (mozzarella, cheddar and cream cheese), olives, olive caviar, sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil and many more. We are always on the lookout for ways to add more innovation to our products, so if you think you would like something smoked that we do not currently offer, please let us know.

All of our products are smoked at our exclusive smoke house in Knysna, Garden Route by our world renowned smoker, Simon MacDonald. Simon has an illustrious career in the international fine dining world. He is the current World Champion salmon smoker, and he has personally cooked for five Royal Households and three U.S. Presidents. Simon's commitment to quality ensures that all his products are of the highest standard.
