Caleb Paterson - Bayleys Real Estate

Caleb Paterson has recently joined Bayleys in the North as Whangaparaoa Manager. He brings a passion for developing highly skilled, customer centric, and integrity driven sales people and is relishing the opportunity to lead the Whangaparaoa team and achieve great results for our clients.

Since graduating with a Business Management degree from Waikato University, Caleb has worked with top performers from the Real Estate, Fitness, Corporate and Private sectors (across Australia and NZ) as a consultant and performance coach. Caleb’s passion for helping people reach their full potential ensured companies and individuals maximised their potential through his tried and proven coaching strategies.

Having gained his industry knowledge as a Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Coach, Caleb knows what it takes to build lasting relationships and has a relentless drive for achieving the goals of the people he works with.

Being new to the Coast means Caleb is looking forward to getting his young family involved within the Whangaparaoa community.
