Buffelsvlei Game Farm Auction
The farm is about 20km outside Mokopane towards Naboomspruit. This is a very diverse piece of land with streams of water, dams, fountains, vlei areas, open plains, bushvelt and a little mountain areas. All the water on the property is controlled with a very finely worked out system and all the water ends up in one big dam on the property. There is an endless amount of water on the farm and in a lot of places the water is only cm's under the ground.

All the fences on the farm have been upgraded and are in very good condition. On the property we have the following camps:
Buffalo
This is a 250ha camp and the buffalo absolutely thrive here. The fence is of very high quality and consists of 48 strands of wire. We have bomas in the camp built for the buffalo and it can hold up to 40 buffalo at a time.

Livingstone and wildebeest camp.
This camp is about 100ha in size and has enough bush cover for the eland.

Sable
The sable camp is about 50 ha and is perfect for sable. It has open grass fields and some bush cover. We have spent a lot of money on this fence and it is covered with varkdraad all around. It is also electrified.

Impala
This is a 10 ha camp for the black impala and has been built to specification so no caracal or jackal can ever enter this fence.

We also have a 10ha fence around the centre pivot.

This is a amazing piece of property and farms like this don't come on the market every day.
