B'sorah Luxury Tented Camp

B'sorah is situated near the Hartbeespoortdam and the Magaliesberg Mountains, no more than an hour away from both Johannesburg and Pretoria. Despite being so close, you will find yourself in a totally different world – Africa at its finest.

Here you can relax in a natural environment where the twitter of birds, the presence of roaming game such as kudu, impala and warthog, and the trickle of a gentle stream is all that surrounds you. The 1600 hectare (6.1 sq.miles) farm consists of dense bush, open grassland and riverine vegetation which runs along the banks of streams flowing into the Skeerpoort river. Hidden among the beautiful bushveld, B’sorah is home to a luxury safari tented camp, a nature lover’s paradise where you can simply unwind and relax.

Hiking and cycling on the farm is equally enjoyable as you experience the rocky landscapes and flowing outcrops first-hand. If you are lucky, rare creatures such as mountain reed buck and dassies can be seen, and birds, plants and spoor can be observed from a closer angle while on foot.
We are situated close to some of the best predator and big five parks in and around Gauteng, including the Lion and Rhino park, the Anne van Dyk Cheetah Centre and the Elephant Sanctuary. Other nearby activities are quad bike trails at Segwati Getaways which is 5km from us, Bill Harrop’s Baloon Safaris and the Monkey Sanctuary.
Hartbeespoortdam is only fifteen minutes away, and the surrounding attractions, shops and facilities will satisfy every need and keep you busy for hours. For those interested in a relaxing spa treatment, there is The Cradle Health Spa which is only 8km from us.
After a day full of exciting and interesting activities, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of your luxury tent among the bushveld, where you will hear the francolin’s call at sunset or a jackal calling in the night air, the perfect accompaniment to your evening barbecue.

At B'sorah, we currently have four luxury tents and the Swempie Honeymoon Suite tent. Each contains a queen-sized bed, a kitchenette on the deck, an en-suite bathroom with a big shower and a private barbecue area. Each tent's location is handpicked; leaving you with your own view and surrounding bush, while experiencing complete privacy.
