Brooklands Lifestyle Estate's final phase was recently launched in April 2014, with 64 full-title stands becoming available. This is also the last full-title development in Kosmosdal, Centurion. Brooklands' property packages are provided straight from the developer, and thus no middle men are used in the purchasing or building phase of your home. This means lower costs for the client and a personal relationship with the developer throughout the process.

The stands vary in size from around 480m2 up to large 1000m2 sites. The stands range from R 415 000 to R 447 500 depending on the size and location of the site within the Estate. These full-title stands are only sold inclusive of packages offered by the Developer, Proptec (Pty)Ltd.

The total inclusive-package prices start from R1,500,000 for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, double-garage home; with packages ranging up to large 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom units. The packages offered include all fees, such as legal, transfer, bond registration, and architectural costs etc. All warranties are enforced as per the NHBRC guidelines up and till 5 years after completion of the unit. Brooklands Estate's levies start from as low as R 580 per month.

For the client's convenience, several pre-designed plans for different sized homes are immediately available. The plans are based on popular home designs found to be effective and efficient, which can then be tailored according to the specific individual needs of each client. Once building commences, single-storey units are usually completed within 4months, and double-storey units within 6months. On completion of the house, the client can immediately take occupation.
