Bowl celebrates the now-trending 'Buddha bowl'. Buddha bowls, sometimes referred to as glory or hippie bowls, are hearty, filling dishes made of greens, raw or roasted veggies, beans and healthy grains like quinoa or brown rice. For added texture, flavour and nutrients, bowls can also include toppings like nuts, seeds and dressings. The ‘Buddha’ in Buddha bowls refers to the balance of all food groups in each dish i.e. fats, carbs, protein, fruit/veg and fibre – thus providing our bodies with everything we need . All of our bowls are 100% vegan! Our packaging is also 100% biodegradable.

Apart from being absolutely delicious, our food is always fresh, seasonal and organic (where possible). Our beautiful, local produce is treated with the respect and love it deserves in order for our customers to enjoy with gratitude.

We feel that we are onto the next big thing in Cape Town’s food culture. There is a movement towards clean, healthy and conscious eating and our wholesome bowls are the next step in promoting this lifestyle.
