Bonginhlonipho IT Group (PTY)LTD is a registered company (2014/117419/07) owned by three (3) black young South Africans who grew up together in a village called Tongaat (Durban) (Lucky Mzizi, Bongi Mthembu and Nhlanhla Mkhize), who are business-minded and have good experience and passion in Software development and Youth development. The members are fully qualified in their fields and have vast experience from different organizations.

In South Africa "you need Experience to get a job and you need a job to get experience". As young South Africans who once faced the same problem, we decided to form a company (2013) that can contribute in South Africa to fight against youth unemployment by assisting final year students with industry experience. We train and involve them in all different projects that we do for our clients. As a Group we have realized that there are people in our societies who have strong technical/IT skills who don't have a College or University qualification, we also look those types of skills and give them opportunities.
