Bodywize is not like a commercial gym but is a private fitness studio for people who are looking for interesting and different ways of training. Training sessions change every day to avoid boredom which in the end causes demotivation and falling away from reaching goals. The training here is geared towards fitness, fat loss and functionality. One on one sessions are available and group training where no more than 20 people train together.
I use a combination of kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, ropes, calisthenics (body weight exercise), body weight cardio, core, medicine balls and stability ball training allowing for a killer 45 minute metabolic interval workout for best results.

Weight loss will not be achieved by exercise only, a balanced diet must be followed at the same time. Exercise speeds up the weight loss process, gives you a firm body and builds great muscle which speeds up the metabolism.
