Bodhi Spirit

I am a Reiki healer who has been on a journey of exploration and discovery over the past 10 years.During this time I have wound my way around Crystals and their healing properties, Angels and their messages and the miracle of Reiki healing. I have completed workshops, courses, read piles of books and absorbed all this knowledge into my life. I love the freedom it has given me to direct my life as I choose.

The time to finally open my own healing space has come and my next step is to spread the light through my knowledge and the wonderful healing energy of Reiki.

The Name "Bodhi Spirit" comes form the Sanskrit word Bodhi meaning “awakened” or “Enlightenment.“The Buddhist concept of Bodhi is spiritual awakening and freedom from the cycle of life. Bodhi is also the name of the sacred ficus tree under which Lord Buddha sat and obtained his enlightenment. The word spirit is from the Latin word ,spiritus meaning "breath". Our breath is our connection to source and one way we consistently bring our “life force” or “prana” into our body.
My goal is to spread light and love and transform lives through Reiki and energy healing.

I am an avid yogi, who loves my regular yoga classes. I have found yoga to be such a healing and fulfilling practice that has brought so much balance into my life.
