Located in the quaint coastal town of Clansthal 60 minutes from the airport and only 5 Min’s by car to both Scottburgh and Umkomaas (world renound for its amazing diving on the Aliwal Shoal) and its just 45 minutes from Durban on the south cost.

The property has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms one of which is an en-suite to the master bedroom. It has a newly fitted kitchen including all the usual amenities for all your cooking needs and a breakfast table for those early mornings before a day of adventure.

The Property benefits from plenty of outdoor space with a large private pool, braai/bbq area and seating space for those hot sunny days which is almost everyday. This house is family friendly and if you have small children we can arrange a high chair, travel cot etc. on request.

There is ample parking space for 3-4 cars on the driveway, and the property is completely enclosed with electric gates for access. Because of the location and unreliability of the public transport a car is highly recommended and essential if you intend to venture out and about. Clansthal is 5 minute drive from the Aliwal Shoal in Umkomaas which is one of the world’s best diving spots noted as being within the top ten, alongside locations such as The Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and The Sinai Peninsula in Egypt. Whether you’re an experienced scuba diver or a novice the shoal and its many dive centres can offer a wide range of options to suit your needs. Diving is a huge part of Durban’s coastline culture but is by no means the only thing to do in the area, within 45 minutes you can be in the centre of Durban, visiting the largest shopping mall in the Southern Hemisphere, Gateway, at the world famous UShaka entertainment facility enjoying the Sea life centre or just having fun on the water slides, driving around the Tala Game Reserve, or at a romantic getaway in the Drakensburg Mountains. This area has an abundance of things to do and see. It truly is a life experience worth having.
