Bizzy Kids Early Development & Learning Academy

Bizzy Kids is a registered and established facility which was purpose built in 1990 and has run as a school since then.

We are situated in the suburb of Richwood which is opposite the New Burgundy Estate on the back Durbanville wine road going towards Tableview. Our school has children from Durbanville, Edgemead, Bothasig, Tableview, Panorama, Monte Vista, Milnerton and surrounds.

We truly do offer a home from home experience for little one’s as they spend their day in a warm, friendly, and safe environment. We believe in giving each child love, encouragement, support, praise, and positive reinforcement.

Children will attend the class which is age appropriate for them. We have a superb nursery class (from ages 3 months to 16 months), various toddler classes and each of these classes have two teachers (from ages 17 months to 3 years), and we also have excellent Pre School classes (from 3 to 4 / 4 to 5 / and 5 to 6 years).

We have four playgrounds so that children making use of the various playgrounds will be of similar ages, have similar energy levels, be of similar size, and have similar play interests.

We offer aftercare for Grade R’s, 1, 2, 3 Foundation Phase learners who are in Primary school. This includes schools in Bothasig, Edgemead, Panorama, & Monte Vista with private transport available. Parents can be at work and at peace in the knowledge that their children are spending their afternoon in a safe and secure environment with the required supervision.Your child is an individual at our aftercare receiving the essential attention.

Over and above a sporting program in our daily curriculum, we also have many extra mural activities to choose from which the children participate in during school time.

We have a Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist on site, and each of these therapy’s if needed is done during school time.

Our designated chef provides three nutritious and delicious meals a day.

Our Curriculum is based on weekly themes. Our focus is on development through age appropriate activities that are fun and educational.
