Bipolar Sunshine Girl

I have Bipolar Disorder with a few Anxiety Disorders thrown into the mix - life is interesting! I am also gay - loud and proud! Having to overcome these 'obstacles' has been tough for sure. I have created this community to share my experiences and my journey to inspire others to reach their dreams. I will talk about real issues living with these disorders but offering positive tips in order to effectively manage your life.

In addition, I have made a commitment to compete in two Half Ironman's and one Full Ironman in the next 11 months. I am doing this for myself but also for people living with Bipolar Disorder and Anxiety Disorders. I hope my journey in achieving this will inspire you in your personal journey towards health, happiness, love and joy.
