BIOLIFE Health and Fitness Centre is a training facility where fitness, health and ultimately wellness are our goals. It comprises two main aspects:

BIOLIFE HEALTH consists of two biokinetic practices:
• Dr Susan Combrink Biokinetic Practice
• Hannes Dreeckmeier Biokinetic Practice

Biokinetics are clinical exercise specialist who uses exercise as treatment modality for orthopaedic injuries, chronic diseases and other lifestyle related problems. Biokineticist are registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa and provide a professional rehabilitation and lifestyle enhancement service for people who want to improve quality of life.

BIOLIFE FITNESS includes a fully equipped gymnasium with the emphasis on individuality, quality and affordability.
• GYMNASIUM: Offers a cardiovascular area, circuit, free weights and functional training area
• GROUP CLASSES: Pilates, Gyrofit and Senior Fitness classes under biokinetic supervision
• PERSONAL TRAINERS: Two personal trainers working freelance from the gymnasium
