La VILLA (sleeps 8 people)
Three bedrooms - Bedroom #one has a queen size bed, #two has a double bed and #three has a double-bunk. There are extra beds in the sun room, ultimately accommodating eight people. Additional sleeping facilities may be arranged at nominal additional costs.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and breakfast counter. The laundry has a modern automatic washing machine. The dining area has a six-seat dining table and a lounging area with television and DVD player. A sun-room off the braai area accommodates additional lounging and relaxation facilities. A dartboard is set up in the sun-room to make family time that much more special.
A toilet-shower and separate toilet off the sun-room ensures maximum comfort. The Villa offers secure parking (double garage with remote-controlled doors) as well as off-street pavement parking for two more vehicles.

THE MANOR (sleeps 8 people)
Two large bedrooms - Bedroom one measures 5.6m X 3.3m with a king size bed, vanity dressing table and seating area with coffee table. Bedroom two is 8m X 3.5m with a triple bunk (single on top and double below) and a single bed. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge/TV area and a futon bed in the sun room; i.e. sleeping eight people.
The Manor has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave toaster, etc. and a large ten-seat dining room table.
The Manor has secure off-street parking (gated driveway) for one vehicle and pavement parking for one more vehicle.
The distinguishing feature of The Manor is a large modern bathroom with shower and generous size bath.
