Berakah Education Foundation

The first seven years of a child's life determine his future.

At Berakah's early learning centre in the Lusaka settlement in Mamelodi, South Africa, we work to provide sustainable quality early education to the children of this struggling community.

In order to accomplish this, Berakah focuses on two things:

Early Childhood Development—educating, nurturing, and empowering the 150 children who attend our education centre daily so that they can succeed in primary school and beyond.

ECD Training—we facilitate ECD training for teachers and day care workers in township and rural settings where they may not otherwise have access to this training.
