The brand name originates from the two Portuguese words, BEM and BOM, both meaning good or nice.
When combined they translate into the word "Awesome".

Charles and Lee Morte, husband and wife team, took over in October 2010.
By upgrading the Bedfordview and Comaro outlets, they have shown huge faith and a long-term commitment
to their market and to their brand.

They are keen to expose South Africans to another side of Portuguese culture and, to this end, have created an
environment where you can sit down and enjoy an awesome cup of coffee complimented with freshly prepared
pastries and savoury delights.

Breakfast is a feature at where the emphasis is on an affordable quality offering.

One of signature specialities are the "Pasteis de Nata" (custard tarts), once you have tasted their
