Given the approved amendments to the Codes of Good Practice which will come into effect on 1 May 2015, it has now, more than ever, become crucial to seek expert advice when adjusting your entity’s BBBEE strategies and policies in order to ensure maximum benefit for the business whilst avoiding costly mistakes and unnecessary overall spend.
It does not make any sense to engage in the verification process, if you are not a 100% sure that you are going to achieve your desired B-BBEE Level of Compliance.

The secret of a good or acceptable B-BBEE rating is dependent on the preparation of your scorecard and supporting documentation. A verification agency can only verify what is presented to it on the day and the quality and quantity of your portfolio of evidence will inevitably determine your level of compliance.
