It is also just steps away from two of three beach access gates on the estate.

The House:

Bedrooms: 3 sea view bedrooms (2 rooms with queen size beds, 1 room with 2 single beds). All bedrooms have air conditioning. Quality white linen and towels provided. Just bring beach towels.

Bathrooms: Master bedroom is en suite with walk-in shower. One family bathroom with walk-in shower and large bath. A third guest toilet and wash basin is located off living area level.

Living Area: The open plan L-shape kitchen, dining and lounge area with stunning sea views is located on the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, tall fridge, separate chest freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. TV with compact DStv package provided along with a good selection of DVDs. Over-head fans are rarely needed - let the ocean breeze take over by opening the front and back sliding doors.

Snooker Hall: Covered snooker/pool table, cues and balls available on ground floor.

Outdoor Terrace: Private pool. Six seater-table and chairs for outdoor dining. Weber charcoal braai. Pool and lights in surrounding natural bush for evenings on the terrace. Pool loungers x 2.

Deck: Extra deck in garden with spectacular views over the house to Indian Ocean.

Garages: 2 covered car ports and 1 garage

Housekeeping Service: Included on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The house can be serviced daily at a small extra cost paid directly to the housekeeper.

Beach Haven is situated on the magnificent Prince's Grant Coastal Golf Estate about 45 minutes north of Durban.

This golf course has been ranked one of the top 20 golf courses in South Africa and enjoys panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Golf Digest has rated the estate as "a 5-star golf experience".

There is top quality 24-hour security throughout the Estate giving you peace of mind to relax.

Guests should also be reassured to know that it is located in a malaria free region.

Prince's Grant has also been named a site of conservation significance by the Natal Parks Board.

Non-golfers can enjoy nature walks and bird watching on the estate as well as canoeing and fishing in the lagoon.

Gateway Shopping Centre.the largest mall in South Africa, is about 40 minutes away.

See the Big Five at Hluhluwe-Umfolozi game reserve - two of the oldest and largest reserves in South Africa just 90 mins away.

Nambiti private reserve is three hours away.

St Lucia Estuary and Wetlands Park is a world heritage site and famous for fishing and wildlife less than 2 hours away.

Sibaya Casino and entertainment world is about 30 minutes drive.
