Basil's Boma

Basil’s Boma is situated 1 hours drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria at the edge of the Cradle of Humankind Heritage Site in Skeerpoort on the Witwatersrand Mountain Range overlooking the Magaliesburg Mountains. Close to Hartbeespoort Dam and all the amenities and activities in the area. Basil’s Boma offer two units, the first is a luxurious bush chalet nestled into the bushveld equipped for two people. This romantic hide-away is known for lovely morning walks with a picnic basket, its private boma area and wooden deck that boasts breathtaking sunsets. The second is The Shed a self-catering unit for two with a small private garden and Emu’s grazing nearby.

Basil’s Boma is situated in the beautiful Hartbeespoort area, close to the Hartbeespoort Dam and all the tourist activities in the area. When individuals assume of exotic travel, they need to critically look at browsing the small village of Hartbeespoort, for it is a exclusive position that they will not forget about. Community lifestyle is usually obvious in the arts, crafts, food, native inhabitants and conservation.
