My quality guarantee:
I only use unsalted butter, GM-free Eureka Stoneground flour (less refined/bleached), real "Vanilla Man" vanilla extract, and free-range eggs when available, also pure sunflower oil and premium full fat Cream Cheese (Philadelphia/Lancewood) as there is just no comparison in taste. More importantly, these are the only ones which give the right consistency to Cream Cheese Frosting.
Everything is baked from scratch (no pre-mixes or other shortcuts) and "just in time" to ensure maximum freshness as far as is practicable.

Basic Buttercream-types for filling:
American Buttercream (very sweet)
Swiss Meringue Buttercream (light, less sweet)
Italian Meringue Buttercream (ditto)
Austrian Custard Buttercream (light, less sweet, quite buttery)



Icing Options:
a) Fondant: most common: is a sugar paste which can be rolled out. Very sweet.
b) Buttercream (see above)
c) Chocolate Ganache: is a mix of chocolate and cream in varying ratios: Dark choc/Cream: 2:1, white choc/cream: 3:1, Milk choc/Cream: 2:1.


Pricing depends on all the usual criteria of
a) type of cake, number of people to be catered for,
b) type of filling, type of icing,
c) complexity of design etc.
In other words, I can highly personalise it to your specific preferences and budget.

All bakes and pastry (excluding puff pastry) are made from scratch (no box mixes!!) and as freshly as possible!

I prefer to deliver. Delivery charges are included in the price of the cake.
