It is highly sustainable and offers an outstanding solution to nutritional void, ‘green desert’ agricultural produce available at the super markets. It’s very easily managed and more productive than organic gardening or traditional agriculture and uses 95% less water. That’s 5% of the water to grow healthy, organic, nutrient dense food, right outside your back door.
The other obvious benefit of our system is that it’s not labour-intensive and does not include the tough physical work associated with conventional food gardening.
