BabyGym with Michelle - Upper Highway Area

BabyGym is a movement program that mimics and stimulates the natural development of baby’s senses, brain and muscles to ensure optimal physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.

During the 5 week Firm Foundations program we explore how loving touch, massage, movement, and waking up the nose, mouth, ears and eyes make your baby curious to move, learn and have fun, and afterwards we celebrate your baby's first certificate on Graduation day.

Through intimate personal touch we will give moms, dads and caregivers a whole “tool-box” of skills and activities that will promote whole-brain and whole body development for baby and the whole family. We empower you to stimulated your own little one at home.

The sequence and duration of your baby's developmental phases holds the key to ensuring optimal physical, emotional, social and intellectual development, this makes the BabyGym program a great long term Investment for any parent.

Our small intimate classes are for babies from 6 weeks to before mobility stage.
