The B and E Conference Centre (Pty) Ltd prides itself as a full service Corporate Conference and Training Facility. We are able to host functions ranging from 5 – 150 delegates depending on the seating format of your function. Our venues are specifically designed for the purpose of training thus offering a simple, neat and tidy venue for the trainer.

Our rates are very competitive and we are negotiable depending on the circumstances and requirements of our client. Being in the training industry, we are aware of the different types of programs on offer and know that each individual training company offers their own unique way of training. We live by our slogan – “We make your business our business” and thus offer a service that is unique to each individual client.

OUR VENUES

All 7 of our venues are air-conditioned, and fully equipped with the following:
· Flip Charts
· Big Screen / White Walls used for projection purposes
· Flip Chart Marker pens
· Clocks
· Multiple plug points
· Extension Leads (upon request)
· As refreshments we place chilled water and peppermints by each delegate, which are replenished during breaks (bottled water can be arranged at an additional cost - see chart on page 8)
· Lockable doors with keys (upon request)

OUR CATERING

We are very versatile with our meal requirements, ranging from finger snacks through to a 3 course meal. We have a range of different full day Training Packages that will suit your requirements and your pocket. Our Food & Beverage Manager works hand in hand with our Chef and Kitchen Staff to prepare exceptionally tasty, well portioned and well balanced meals.

DIRECTIONS: From the Settlers Way Highway take the Russell Road offramp. This road will change into Cape Road. At the 1st Avenue/CJ langenhoven intersection turn right. Follow this road past 3 traffic lights. At the 4th traffic light make a U-turn and head back up the road. Our entrance is on the left directly opposite the Mercantile hospital.
