Azelo is all about supporting young and fresh beauty through the natural, high quality ingredients that are used in our products. We are a South African company which prides itself in the fact that the ancient knowledge that is used in the formulation of our product range originated right here in Africa.

Our range is all about repairing, restoring and rejuvenating skin that has to deal with long exposure to the African sun.

A combination of natural trees, herbs, citrus, resins, oils, flowers, fruits, vegetables, and exotic spices are all used in the formulation of our range.

The founder, Adolphina Setsena, started to take an interest in the way people look and what makes them look that way at a young age. She grew up absorbing information from local traditional healers and other traditions from all over the world. She has always made use of natural remedies to heal and cleanse. A vast portion of her knowledge came from her grandmother, who was a traditional herbalist. Other knowledge was gleaned from Indian, Chinese and other African traditions.

Azelo has had worldwide exposure, from sponsoring Miss Earth Skin Care and Miss Soweto to having speaking opportunities on radio shows and the Africa Channel.
We have also had exhibitions in Russia, India and Chicago as well as Botswana.
Azelo has also won competitions in Switzerland and competed in the SAB Kick-Start competition
