Jules Newton founded Avo in 1996 to meet the ever-increasing need that business has to manage the ‘people connections’ space. For 10 years, Avo built an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients and a range of training products to support them.

More recently, Avo has proudly grown its offering to expand into bottom of the pyramid markets, building innovative delivery models that ensure empowerment of small businesses, and grassroots access to critical life skills.
