Avocado Apartments (deluxe and executive) (4 sleepers)

Both these units are huge in comparison to what other establishments offer. Each unit is 72sq meters, comprising of 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, open plan living area of a lounge/dinning area and full kitchen. Our Exec apartment is finished to a higher spec and has a few extra comforts, which demands a slightly higher price.

This is an authentic self catering experience, a proper home from home where you can prepare a roast, relax on comfortable couches and view a movie or watch sport on our flat screen TV’s.

LOCATION: The location is very central and close to all major business parks, hospitals, start of Comrades, Umashova, Duzi, Hill2Hill and Cascades MTB park. It’s a convenient 3km to both North and South going highways. Close by is a few eating out options or ready made meals can be bought at the Super Spar 1.5km away.

SECURITY: Situated in a good suburb our units are in a secure complex with gated access. Guests have their own under roof parking close to the units.

UNIQUENESS: Where we are different is that when we hand over the keys, the apartment is yours, which gives you the freedom to come and go as you wish...eat what you want, when you want...
Units are serviced Mon, Wed & Fri but should you wish to have it service daily this can be arranged at an additional cost.

RATES: With regards to the rates, please compare apples with apples. There are many so called self catering establishments out there but few can compare to what we have on offer. The beauty of our place is that you have freedom and flexibility, able to come and go as you please. For long stays we will negotiate a special price for you. Speak to us, we will try accommodate your requirements and meet your budget. At the end of the day, we want you as a guest!
