INTRODUCTION
Poor communities are not necessarily only financially poor or underdeveloped. Poor communities also exist due to lack of resources, no access to resources due to lack of money and or transport or little knowledge, skills and healthy values due to isolation and poor standards of education and educational equipment.
Liz Senior a former occupational therapist tells Margaret Harris in the Business Section of the Sunday Times, dated 7th of July 2013, that parents should never underestimate the importance of play in the lives of their growing children. She also said: ‘‘many children struggled throughout their school careers instead of receiving help early on. Early assistance can make a big difference to a young child’s ability to cope as she or he enters the higher grades. I also think children are not playing as much as they ought to and physical play, especially in the pre-school years, is critical to perceptual motor development.
We will target previously disadvantaged, poor, the vulnerable and marginalised groups. Fifty children in under the age of seven, are children in dire need for assistance, development and education, live in Mthombisa, a small village, surrounded by sugar cane fields in the Tongaat district,. Mthombisa is a village with a population of 500 people, including children. The village has running water, no electricity, a primary and secondary school as well as a mostly un-used Crèche due to poverty. Neither of the schools have proper educational equipment. Plus minus. 70% of the village is unemployed. 20 % of the village is abusing alcohol. Crime is limited to petty theft.
Children have long been accepted as the most vulnerable members of society. In recent years the frightening increase of physical, mental and sexual abuse of children has resulted in the implementation of stringent Government policies to ensure the rights and protection of children. ASINAKEKELANE MA-AFRICA places great emphasis on the preservation of the family, and provides supportive and preventative services to the communities in which they operate. However, in some instances prevention is unsuccessful and, as a last resort, statutory intervention is required and would then be referred to the nearest Welfare Organisation.
The purpose of our Family and Child Development Programme is based on Census Statistics, and the proven impact of long years combined experience and sustainable services in previous communities, all indicating the high tendency of poverty, social pathology, unemployment , and therefore strengthen the purpose of our project .
Our vision is the optimal development on all levels of social functioning of this community, to motivate, empower and equip them with skills and an inner motivation and knowledge of the power of entrepreneurship, becoming a self -reliant and sustainable community.

Our mission is to firstly focus on the youth 0-7 years and to establish a full functioning Crèche, preparing and equipping the children with a proper readiness for school, as well as achieving their milestones successfully on a physical, intellectual and emotional level.
Secondly to empower all the children 0-18 years with optimal knowledge and skills to enable them to become well educated adults with entrepreneur skills and motivation
Thirdly, Asinakekelnae Ma-Africa will empower and educate the adults with skills and knowledge, to become self-sustainable, independent and marketable.
Asinakekelane Ma-Africa will work in line with the Constitution, Hague and UN Convention, and the African Charter, promoting the preservation and strengthening of families.
To have effect to the following constitutional rights of children, namely;
1. Family care and development Social Services
2. Protection from maltreatment, neglect, abuse or degrading behaviour.
3. That the best interest of the child and families are of paramount importance in every matter.
ASINAKEKELANE MA-AFRICA is planning to empower and establish a Day Care Centre , a Feeding scheme, as well as a Skills training Centre and will continue to transfer skills to them. All the care given to the children of different ages runs under ASINAKEKELANE MA-AFRICA.
ASINAKEKELANE MA-AFRICA is willing to be contracted to empower other emerging organisations. Capacity within the ASINAKEKELANE MA-AFRICA is limited due to finances, but our skills can be used and therefore we are willing to assist other communities in the empowering of emerging organisations. We also look to establish forums to share our skills vice versa.

We have a good administrative system in place and will be able to help people to organize their organization and keep it organized. We are from the opinion that if an organisation’s administration is well in place it will be easier
Without funding this service will not be able to be established. This service is essential for the people of Mthombisa Village and later other communities, who will become part of the assistance, experienced and effective level of service delivery.
