Arise and Shine Mabeskraal

Arise and Shine Youth Development Organisation (ASYDO) was established in the year 2010 in Mabeskraal village in Moses
Kotane municipality. The organisation seeks to promote education, revive the culture of learning and provide career guidance and counselling to learners. ASYDO IS registered as
a non profit organisation (NPO). Due to lack of resources in our area, the initiative was established to serve as source of information for our youth at school and out of school and
also bridge the gap between basic education and tertiary education.

The aim of the organisation is to help learners in archiving academic goals in all phases of education, i.e. secondary school, tertiary and unemployed matriculants. We provide
learners with information on different tertiary institutions, bursaries, study loans, different types of careers and learnerships.
We also act as advocate for out of school youth, incorporate them on their youth development programs and as well linking
them with relevant stake holder like NYDA, SEDA, SETAS, Department of labour and department of agriculture & rural
development.
