A Four Star Family Resort catering for young, old and multiracial guests. A hundred fully equipped self-catering chalets are evenly spaced around our central Village Square. The Chalets all sleep six people and have beautiful views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Well-lit walk ways lead you from the Village Square right to your doorstep. No open fires are allowed as we live in a Nature Conservation however, gas braais are readily available for hire by phoning reception. Want the open fire? Do not despair; we have a designated braai area where you may let us light your fire!

We pride ourselves in being the Entertainment Capital of the Northern Drakensberg with extensive activities for all. Try our challenging 18-hole Put-Putt course or challenge friends on the volleyball court. Tennis and squash courts are readily available and our gym has all the basic equipment you'd need to fulfill your exercise needs. Our heavenly blue swimming pool boasts beautiful views of the mountains and with its crisp cool water, leaves you refreshed. The pool bar offers drinks all day long and the pool loungers are comfortable and spaced in such a way that allows for great socializing. Movies are screened every Tuesday and Thursday night on our BIG Screen and for the kids on Friday and Saturday nights they can expect the exciting Kiddies Movie and Meal where they are fully supervised and enjoy eating delicious finger foods while watching the latest animated films. With our Activity Guides you can easily plan your stay according to the punctually planned activities or enjoy all the facilities at leisure. Whatever you choose, we assure you that you will be entertained throughout your stay!

With our elegantly decorated conference venues and experienced banqueting staff, your conferencing becomes a breeze of ease.

We boast five food outlets readily available for all your hunger needs including a snack menu at our modern Tavern Bar, oven baked Pizzas at our Pizza Inferno Pizzeria, buffet and Á La Carte breakfasts and dinners in our lush Le Gruyéres Restaurant and homemade cakes and freshly brewed coffee at our Coffee Shop. The Circle on Square may be booked out for groups on request where the chefs may prepare your food while you watch and enjoy the company of friends or colleagues, while on Summary days, a nice braai may be expected at our Pool Bar while you lay in the sun.

Not too hungry? No worries. Try our exclusive Cocktail Menu at the Tavern Bar and party the night away on Wednesdays and Saturdays with our resident DJ. Love singing? On Friday nights we laugh, sing and dance while entertained by our own guests with our Alpine Heath Karaoke Night!

If you enjoy nature then you have most definitely come to the right destination. Not only are we surrounded by the majestic Drakensberg Mountains, we also have seven beautiful hiking trails; some catering for the stroll in the nature type while others lead you up daring cliffs and beautiful waterfalls. Everyday there is a guided hike at 9am or feel free to explore on your own.
For equestrian lovers try our one or two hour horseback outrides with our guides or take a romantic outride with an indulgent picnic basket to a 'secret' spot where you may enjoy the privacy of your loved one's company.
