Afrikara Co-Operative is based on the farm Hoekiesdam, near Wolesley, WC. We are a small community of conscious individuals committed to ethical, natural and sustainable agro-ecological farming. We enliven the soil and stimulate life forces to produce the highest quality food that nourishes body, mind and spirit. We produce free range eggs, butter, cream, feta, labneh, mascarpone, greek and natural yoghurt, sprouts, kumbucha and other seasonal produce such as waterblommetjies and pasture fed lamb. We are building a land based community from the ground up - focusing on children and young people.
