ADEO (die Latyn vir 'besoek', 'om na toe te kom' en 'benader') is ons drie-in-een-woord vir WELKOM! Inneslaan is 'n toonvenster in Bloemfontein se ryke regsgeskiedenis as ons land se geregtelike hoofstad, soos dit eens was, en steeds die setel van ons land se Hoogste Hof van Appél. Die straat is vernoem na die bekende oud-hoofregter, sir James Rose-Innes, wat in die jare 1914-1927 dié amp beklee het.
