The ground-floor unit is furnished and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The unit comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a lounge, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains twin beds. The bathroom contains a shower, a bath and a toilet, and the lounge is equipped with a sleeper couch. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster, and also features a scullery with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge leads out onto an undercover patio with built-in braai facilities.

Attached to the unit is a garage which has been converted into additional accommodation in a queen-size bed and a 3-quarter bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin, as well as a kitchen area.

The walled property offers ample, secure parking, as well as a spacious garden for guests to enjoy. The unit is equipped with DStv and free-Wi-Fi.
