The house is centrally situated on the sea side of Marine Drive and within walking distance to Shelly Centre shopping complex. The house is surrounded by a lovely level garden, ideal for kids to run and play. There are braai/barbecue facilities and a large swimming pool. There are 6 large bedrooms all equipped with ceiling fans (except Bedroom 6) and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, oven and stove. There is ample parking space for boat and trailer and a 4 car lockup garage with a large freezer. DSTV connection is available (bring your card and decoder). The house is alarmed and a safe is available. Clean linen is provided on a weekly basis. You are required to bring your own bath and beach towels. The unit is not serviced; however servicing can be arranged on request at an additional cost of R120 per day (week days). This is a non-smoking unit and we respectfully request that guests refrain from smoking inside the unit, but use the veranda.

R280 non-refundable booking fee
R1000 key and breakage deposit fully refundable within 7 days
50% deposit of total bill payable within 3 days of booking secures your booking
Balance payable no later than 1 week before check in.
No access will be granted without full payment!
Direct transfers into bank account only. Keys to be handed over once payment is cleared.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be given if a paid replacement booking can be found.
OR - 75% refund of deposit for more than 30 days written notice.
50% refund of deposit for more than 15 days written notice.
NO REFUND for less than 15 days notice!
Arrival & Departure Times
Check out by 9:30am Check in between 2pm - 5pm
Earlier check in and later departure can be requested but not guaranteed.
Keys can be collected: Mon-Fri 2-5pm
We will do our best accommodate those travelling long distances.
It is our priority to make your stay pleasurable.
