A1 Mounti Enterprise Building Contractors Reg No. 2006/107574/23 was founded in July 2006 by Jorge Moutinho and Miguel Moutinho who has joined his father as Company Project Manager, together they run a successful Company and also have a more personalized interaction with their customers . The Company has been in operation for 8 years and is proud to say that it has been successful in providing its services to customer’s satisfaction.



The company operates from the owner’s residence where the offices are situated at 56 Broadway New Germany, which assists in keeping the overheads to a minimum.



We are building contractors and carry out projects in all areas of domestic / industrial/ commercial building, such as new dwellings, factories, additions and alterations, boundary walls and all building and renovation requirements etc., in conjunction with various Architects and engineers.



We employ skilled labour and contract the services of professional sub-contractors for all projects undertaken and ensure that projects are strictly carried out to the required standards.



A1 Mounti has undertaken quite a large number of projects since its inception amongst others three large residences, two being double story, in Gowrie Village, Nottingham Road Midlands and Summerveld. The Company is a Member of KZN Master Builders Association. and also carries a NHBRC Certificate.



Our company prides itself in the professional service it gives to clients and ensures client satisfaction. All projects that are undertaken are constantly supervised, monitored and managed by the owner personally to ensure strict standards of work.
