47 on Preston Guest House is a newly renovated guest house created with the business traveller and domestic tourist in mind. The guest house is owned & managed by a Muslim family to create a home away from home environment. This is the place where business meets leisure, in a relaxed environment.

Located within the leafy suburbs of Waverley and Oaklands, we are conveniently within just 10km from the economic hubs of Sandton, Illovo, Rosebank, Johannesburg CBD and a ‘stone’s throw’ from the famous Melrose Arch and Houghton.
Our establishment boasts 8 spacious rooms which can accommodate 16 people with a maximum of 2 people per room. All the rooms are en-suite and have private entrances. All our rooms and communal areas are NON-SMOKING. We allow check-in from 2h00 pm and check-out at 10h00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is by prior arrangement only.
