We are a 4 Star AA & TGSA accredited Guest House/B&B with 5 Star quality service.

We offer an out-of-this-world accommodation experience with the most amazing views of the Indian Ocean.

The 305 Guest House Coffee Shop is open to the public 7 days a week, 7am-3pm. Hot Coffee, Delicious Food and the most Gorgeous view of the Sea! What more could you ask for? We'll even add in some Peace and Tranquility, which we have in spades.

Some of our Rules and Info are:
**When making a booking with us, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
**Children are an extra cost. Some booking sites do not add the cost of children to the rate. Please enquire with our office. Children under 3 years old stay free. Children between 3-12 years are charged at R250 per child per night. Children older than 12 years pay a full single occupancy rate. Only our Sea-facing rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 children on a sleeper couch.
**Breakfast is included in all our rates.
**We are not Halaal certified.
**We are wheel-chair friendly.
**We do not have direct beach access.
**We are not Liquor Licenced.
**Check-in time: From 2pm
**Check-out time: By 10am
