12 Main Road is one of the original homes in Yzerfontein and situated in the heart of “Old Yzerfontein”. It’s raised position ensure uninterrupted views over the Atlantic Ocean, 16 Mile Beach and the West Coast National Park. The two main bedrooms both have uninterrupted sea views. Also inside the house is a third children’s room with a double bunk-bed. All three these bedrooms share the shower room and loo.
The fourth bedroom is an outside room with its own basin and loo and quick access to the outside shower.

A fireplace will keep you warm and snug whenever the weather rolls in from the North West, so don’t just consider her charms during summer. August storms are a spectacular sight provided you are warm, in good company and enjoying a bottle of red in front of the fireplace.

There is a small courtyard, which is perfect for when the wind is howling. Alternatively a mobile braai is also provided, should you prefer to braai outside.

The house is rented out with the use of bed linen and towels included in the rental price. The kitchen is fully equipped and a complete inventory is available upon request. Full DSTV is also included as part of the rental, but we urge you to explore and break away from the box.

The property is fully alarmed with various Panic buttons are strategically positioned throughout, summoning 24Hr Armed Response. Tested regularly, we are proud to announce a response time under 5 minutes. In addition, Yzerfontein has only one entrance and exit point.
