12 Ocean Gardens is a fully renovated and comfortably furnished self-catering apartment.

This cosy apartment can comfortably sleep four people and is situated within a secure complex, only 200 m up the road from the Blue Flag Ramsgate Beach.

The lovely apartment offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with all modern appliances provided, includes a breakfast bar with bar stools. The master bedroom has a double bed and ample cupboard space.

The second bedroom forms part of the living room with ample seating.

The living room leads out onto a balcony with breathtaking sea views. There is one full bathroom and a second separate toilet.

The complex has excellent braai facilities set in a garden with a large swimming pool. There is a lockup garage for one vehicle.

Important Information

50% deposit plus R150.00 Admin and Cleaning Fee payable to secure your booking.

Balance and breakage deposit of 20% or R1000 (which-ever is the greater) payable 7 days prior to arrival. The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection of the unit and paid within 10 days of your departure subject to there being no damages and breakages. Any damage to the property must be reported. The cost of the breakage will be assessed after departure and the monies deducted from the breakage deposit.

The unit must be left as found i.e. clean stove, clean fridge, clean baths and showers and toilets. Unit swept and cutlery & crockery washed. All bins must be emptied and rubbish must be placed in black bags.

No rubbish bags must be left in the unit on departure, otherwise a removal fee will be charged. You must take your rubbish bags to the refuse area.

Pets are NOT allowed. No smoking permitted in apartment - only on balcony.

Please note that check out is 09:00 on day of departure. If leaving after 10:00, a full day will be charged and subtracted from deposit.

No refund for late arrival or early departure.

Body Corporate rules must be adhered to.
