Zimbabwe Football development Programme - Zimfod Programme

Zimfod aims to groom young talented footballers and build their capacity to become competitive at a national and international level. It works with schools and communities to search for talented footballers who are deprived of the opportunity to discover and display their talents so that they can go beyond local and national level. Talent search starts from as early as five years old. This idea is borrowed from South America where football development is sustainable.
