Honeymoon retreat
Our loft room, separate from the main house, is our honeymoon room and is romantically dressed in delicate French style, with a magnificent view of the sea and beach. It is also an idyllic private space for a honeymoon getaway or a romantic weekend away . Our loft room can be rented on its own.

Weddings
La Maison De Promesse can accommodate up to 60 people on our splendid deck with the roar of the ocean behind you as the musicians of Orpheus dance beneath the waves. You might even be privileged to have frolicking dolphins as witnesses to your vows toward each other.

Full size bar with 100m² wooden deck to relax and enjoy the views of the ocean, Table Mountain and Dassen Island. Braai on our deck with a portable stainless steel gas braai while relaxing under our portable umbrellas.


Attractions and activities

During the day take a drive to a nearby game farm or visit one of the many wineries. For the more energetic, the West Coast is renowned for hiking, cycling, tennis and water sports. An 18 hole golf course is half an hour away. For bird lovers, enjoy a visit to the bird hide at the nearby West Coast National Park. Take a leisurely walk along the 16 mile beach or a refreshing swim at Yzerfontein's blue-flag beach. Come and join us during the months of August and September to experience the annual spectacular West Coast Flower Season where a world of colour awaits you.
