Yoga Body Space

Yoga Body Space is owned and operated by Allison Tipton Milner, a Cape Town-based Yoga Teacher who is deeply interested in both the physical and mental applications of the Yoga system.

In 2011 Allison completed a 200-hour teacher training with Jim Harrington in Ashtanga-based Yoga, and taught group classes at Yoga Spirit and Yo Yoga from 2012-2016. She is currently completing her Advanced Teacher Training, toward a 500-hour qualification.

She opened Yoga Body Space in May 2016 with the intention of giving the yoga community a place to move, and a space to be still. YBS offers Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, as well as Meditation, Massage, and regular workshops addressing different aspects of the yoga practice.
